Oregano supplement
Ropadiar, a feed
supplement for pigs and
poultry marketed by

of Woolpit is based
on the natural
herb oregano and
acts as an appetiser and flavouring
agent. It increases feed intake, and
therefore growth rate, particularly
among weaners and growing pigs as
well as broilers. Improved performance
has also been recorded in egg layers.
Suitable for both feed manufacturers
and home-mixers, it is available in
25 kg bags and 7. 5 kg tubs. Ropadiar
is added to diets at between 150g
and 500g per tonne. Being a natural
product, no withdrawal time is
necessary.
